Maison Francis Kurkdjian’s new fragrance
L’Homme A la Rose is the masculine equivalent to their iconic A la rose Eau de parfum.

When I tested this fragrance it initially delivered a strong citrus and sage accord. As it absorbed into my skin the delicate layers of the olfactory notes diffused in a complex but interesting sequence. First the middle notes : very woody accord, rosy, followed by more of the woody amber base notes. After a few minutes the distinct Bulgarian and Damask rose accords began to reveal.

This luxurious fragrance has a discreet balance of masculine and feminine undertones. Along with its strong diffusion properties, it carries a fresh, radiant accord.

Would I classify L’Homme A la Rose as a Uni-sex fragrance ? Yes absolutely, I would experiment by layering it over the A la rose Scented body cream to enhance the rose accord, for a final feminine aromatic layer.
