JOY by DIOR Eau de Parfum Intense embraces both softness and liveliness. An intense version of Joy by Dior signed by Dior-in-house perfumer Francois Demachy. This scent evokes a sense of vibrant elegance which to me symbolizes the comfort of a mother figure.
The notes: TOP Bergamot, Neroli, (HEART) Rose, Jasmine, (BASE) Musk, Tonka, Vanilla, Sandalwood.
The term Intense can be interpreted literally when you try a fragrance, however I enjoyed the intense authentic Heart notes; the may rose absolute and the intense Jasmine both sourced in Grasse France. The top notes are a bit fresher and brighter than Joy by Dior. As this fragrance is so rich in layers, the lingering 8 hour sillage evolves into a light sensual fragrance.
I recommend this beautiful timeless fragrance for those who are attracted to fresh, floral scents. Its lingering scent is both definitive and elegant.
