As we enter the chilly fall season, it’s important to hydrate and protect from UV rays. I used to believe while living in England (the island of no sun), I didn’t need to apply sunscreen, especially not in the fall or winter. That theory was proved wrong, my skin would turn pink without sunscreen. And soon became overly sensitive to the sun when it was exposed. I’ve tried many sunscreens, however Dermalogica has one of the best ranges of sunscreen products for all skin types. For the fall season I recommend the Dynamic Skin Recovery Broad Spectrum SPF 50. It works both as a moisturizer and sunscreen, this allows me to skip using a face cream. It leaves a long lasting, light dewy glow and diminishes the fine lines that are visible in chilly weather. It’s in fact one of my favorite all year-round SPF formulas.

I’m an eye cream junkie and not often impressed with products that claim to instantly minimize fine lines . I have mature skin that needs constant hydration the fine lines around my eyes. Total Eye care with SPF 15 formula promised to diminish dark circles, puffiness and fine lines. This particular product didn’t deliver an instant result,,but did deliver results over a period of time. Which I found impressive and will keep this product on the ‘I highly recommend” list for all ages. It’s effective to use under your eye concealer, and try using it at night, as it does help reduce the AM puffy eye look. And it makes a great travel survival product to help hide the signs of jetlag.
